Fitted with our highest quality spunbonded polyester media filtration with guaranteed filtration efficiency, each filter integrated with maximum filter media and reverse pulse valves for increase air flow, optimal cleaning and maximum filter service life, resulting in minimal filter maintenance.
Constructed from heavy gauge galvanised steel, powder coted in our signature Silver Gray Ripple, each dust collector is fitted with easy access panels for servicing and maintaining.
Additional features such as hinged winged side panels, cool room panel booth enclosure with overhead dust tight LED lighting, plus the ability to directly couple the dust collector to an existing or new powder booth can be included on request.
All models are built to comply with the Australian Standard AS3754-1990. Australian standard AS3754-1990 (Safe Application of Powder Coatings by Electrostatic Spraying) New cartridge filter dust collector can be directly coupled to an existing or new powder booth, optional “wings” for stand alone manual powder spray booth.
